RSC / Atlass Insurance Group

RSC and agent Russell Jamieson, Jr. were recommended to me by my marina to insure my boats kept at Port Canaveral. I liked their service so well that I switched my insurance for 4 cars from Progressive to Safeco via their agency as well. They are efficient and thorough and keep me informed as necessary. They are easily reachable by phone and e-mail and usually respond within minutes. They have been able to negotiate very fair premiums through reputable insurance companies, and the service I have received when needed has been excellent as well.

I worked with Russell Jamison on a few of my accounts, Boats , Homes and cars. Russel goes above and beyond the call of duty. Timely and very prompt. If Russel can't save you money on your insurance costs THEN NOBODY can! I highly recommend you call him he saved me thousands of dollars between my homeowners insurance my boat and my car. Call him today...you will be glad you did! By the way this guy will insure your dog, cat, bird, hamster and your mother in law and even your pet rock! He will find the insurance you need! Russell has been a huge help, responsive, super knowledgeable, respectful, and talks to you point blank, honestly. After Geico had outrageous double digit increases year after year we found Russell and he help us find something far more reasonable without sacrificing coverage. He also was well aware of the industry and trending changes form big storms in recent years so he is far more than just punching quotes out of a computer. He knows his stuff. Give him a shot.

I've used Atlas insurance (Rockledge) for 15+ years, Daren was OUTSTANDING agent (now moved on). I bought a new home, ended up w/Barb Alsobrook, horrible, horrible, horrible. She let my insurance policy lapse with no contact to me. I even had emailed her after she let it lapse, MANY times, asking to tweak my policy, still not letting me know I was lapsed. I have every email, and boy you should read the latest nasty excuse ridden email. She starts a new email each every time so that she can try to hide tracking on her end, thank goodness I'm smarter and have everything, even the ones requesting she utilize the same email. Florida has bad hurricane looming and she tells me she won't reinstate (when all insurance companies closed writing policies). How's that for the WORST ever agent. Pr

Absolutely the worst insurance agent I've had. Tried calling so 20+ times no one picks up now my homeowners insurance was dropped, and no one bothers to tell me at rsc/Atlass. 8 years first time I need to talk to someone no one will pick up.
