Overpriced, bad customer service. They do not explain anything, and plans are higher than a kite. They are no help ig you jabe a claim either. Very disappointed ive had insurance there since 2006. Its a very different business now

I have been with this insurance company for 23 years. Teresa is my favorite! She helps me add/remove cars, drivers to my policy in a way that's not over complicated. She doesn't use "insurancey" words to confuse me and always lets me know how I can improve my rates. I really love working with this company!!!

Jim Simon DBA Simon insurance is not an advocate for the customer. I was a customer for over 30 years I had a claim for a hail damaged on my vehicle and Jim took care of it and was very helpful. I didn’t think of looking at my roof at the time then I thought I should look at my roof. 5 different contractors inspected my the roof and they said it was definitely hail damage, my claims were denied. Jim Simon did nothing to help me. Jim is not an advocate for his customers. Get a lawyer !!!! If I could put no stars I would put zero stars.
