Bryan Deacon - State Farm Insurance Agent

I felt like I was being overcharged at my now previous insurance company and by getting a text quote from Bryan Deacon I surely confirmed this. I contacted his office and had the pleasure of speaking to Isaac who is very professional, a great listener and amazing problem solver. Isaac made sure all my requirements were met and even went the extra mile to accommodate extra coverage for a surprising total of half the bill I used to pay at my previous insurance company. I am now a happy State Farm customer for years to come, 100% recommend.

Every employee at this office has been so kind and helpful with every question I've had. When I had a car accident last year, they did a phenomenal job of helping me handle a very stressful situation and making the process as smooth as possible. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for an insurance agency that provides exceptional customer service!

We canceled our home and auto with them back in July. I personally called as did my husband, then our new agent faxed them paperwork the day we paid with our new insurance. They kept taking our premiums out, my husband called last month they assured us we would be refunded and the wouldn't happen again. My husband gets up checks or account and they take yet another premium out. I would never recommend this branch, not sure if i would recommend this company.
