Catherine and Shelter are the best! Example of Shelter's exceptional service=I needed a roof replacement after a hail storm the summer before last. I called Catherine on a Monday, she turned in my claim, I received a call from the adjuster that same day and I literally received the check that following Thursday. Another example of exceptional service from Catherine=when I purchased a new car 4 years ago, I was stressed about cancelling coverage on my old vehicle trade in and getting coverage for the drive home on my new vehicle. No stress with Catherine, she answered my phone call from the dealership and emailed them proof of coverage before I had all the papers signed.
