My husband and I have been members of this quality insurance company for 25years, I give them a 5 Star Rating.
I never had a problem with there claims department over 20 years of business I’ve been with them since 2001 we we’re supposed to be on auto pay but in August of this year they let my insurance lapse without a bill or a phone call . I don’t find out that I have no home insurance until dec 1 2022 . That’s unacceptable!!! If you can’t pick up a phone & call your customers! You don’t need my business anymore.
Farm Bureau has always treated me with the utmost respect and handled my claims in a timely manner. I have been with them for many years now.
Polite, professional, and always making sure to get the best rates. Would recommend for all types of insurance.
