I've had State Farm since I moved to Virginia over 40 years ago, but only switched to Scott a few years ago after my original agent retired. I had already gotten to know him through other channels and was unhappy with the agent State Farm switched me to, so after talking with Scott I made arrangements to have him handle my four accounts and SO glad I did. He's been wonderful to deal with. Recently, I had to switch online payment methods after my longtime method shut down. Predictably, things didn't always go smoothly, and he sent me a friendly email to alert me. I got it straightened out immediately and he got right back to me to confirm. Always friendly, helpful and fun to deal with.
