I was hit from the rear. The people at State Farm have been wonderful! I call this agent who is very HUMAN, responsive, efficient, friendly. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF. They may not be the very cheapest but they are the BEST. Some things like caring and responsiveness, working for and eith you are worth the little extra.

I have been insured with State Farm for over a decade, I moved to Florida in 2023 and had my insurance transferred from a different state to Scott Nelms agency. There were several mistakes made with nothing changing to my policy other than my address. Spent an unacceptable amount of time with multiple phone calls to sort everything out. After a few months I moved to a different address and had the same problems. 12 months later I moved again and called to have my renters insurance changed to a different address. 3 weeks later our rental was damaged during a hurricane so I called State Farm cooperate to cancel renters insurance since local agent was closed to remove renters insurance. Found out I had a duplicate policy for my renters insurance. Asked cooperate to remove duplicate policy and
