I can’t recommend Sarah Kivett and her team enough. Every time I’ve had a question or a panic moment with my coverage, Sarah has been right there with a quick call or email to walk me through it. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, and it’s rare to find this level of service these days. Five stars, easily!

Beware of greedy tactics. With this agency almost 3 years, they claim my profile was excellent , no accidents, excellent credit, this agency never worried about receiving their money in full when they billed! When I tried to put new drivers on they quoted 260% increase on my auto. When I inquired about such a large increase, it took over a week to get a lower quote from them, now 160% over my former auto bill with them. The new company I went to, gave me a quote in 4 hours and stuck to their price, when I moved to them. With the same exact coverage limits and the new drivers on the policy, I'm being charged $2.10 more for the year than my original auto coverage bill from this office. Chelssy is by far the best agent I’ve had the honor of doing business with. She is very straight forward, along with a fully professional view. Chelssy Borja is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. They actively look for the best rates and coverage annually and are always looking out for the customer. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you.
