They worked up a new coverage price which was very competitive with my existing company's estimate. They did the research & returned my calls very promptly. I was treated very unfairly! I paid money assuming it would go to my down payments on my vehicles only to find out 30 days later that my policy is canceling due to non payment. I was unaware that part of my down payment actually went to commission and not to my down payment. Which would have been fine if I had been told. Now im forced to go out and find insurance because now he refuses to fix what he did by not telling me that my down payments weren't fully going just to my cars! I dont believe this is fair and it has cost me time and frustration because now I owe money on policy I've paid over $10,000 since july and my insurance is still lapsing!

Commercial carriers beware of this place ! If you need commercial trucking insurance do your self a favor and find a different agent ! Went to this location for a new policy after being with progressive for 7 years and dealing with progressive direct ( No Agent ) , so this was my first experience with a Agent and it will be my last . They misfiled my policy and over the course of time , my operating authority was revoked, for lack of insurance and I had to shut down all of my trucks until it was fix, ( Weeks ) .
