I have been working with Jack at Sailor and Associates for years and I can honestly say he is fantastic. He truly cares about his clients and works hard to find the best rates. He is always quick to respond and answers all my questions in a kind and approachable manner. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been with Sailor and Associates for many years! Tom is simply the best, he is very personable and always willing to help. I originally came to him some 15 years ago when my previous insurance company made an "error" and retro-actively charged me for their oversight. I've been with him ever since. He has helped get a great rate on our historic home we recently moved into, as well as finding the best deals for our auto insurance. I have only had a few claims through the years, but he has been there to hold my hand through the process each time!

DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE. The only agent that I had any experience with from this brokerage was Jack. I contacted their agency after my ex-wife added me to an insurance policy, then removed me, then added me and removed me again without my knowledge. I called them to see what I could do about getting a new insurance policy in my name and get my name taken off of hers. He gave me a quote A week ago today. Since then he’s received payment method information knowing there was not a payment that needed to be processed because there was no policy issued. He also knew that I needed to get coverage for my vehicle and did not have any at the time, but did not communicate back to me that the policy wasn’t paid for or issued. he then told me that he needed me to send him my registration, which I to
