Be Careful working with people who has this insurance. We all know insurance companies will do anything NOT to pay but make sure you pay when the bill is due. This companies client was at FAULT in a motor vehicle collision and because the client or policy holder LIED after apology of his mistake, my claim was denied. It's sad that people get over on other people. This companies client was not paying attention on the Interstate 40 going West and strikes me nearly running me off into a ditch. When pulling over, the other driver Stated that he did not see me and apologized.. how are you going to later turn the story around? Not only that, what did you tell the officer? Advice to all... Turn on your video recorder when Involved in an accident or Purchase a Dash CAM. Make sure Asses like that

I’m writing this because apparently I have the free time at 2 in the MORNING to publicly announce that this business chose to keep local residents up all through the night with lousy snow plow machines. Unethical business practices, Safety National. Inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Have some decency and respect for people that live in the neighborhood. Apparently it’s more important to them to plow snow until 2 in the morning to force their corporate employees into the office instead of just allowing remote work.

I work for at a law firm. One of the most unprofessional call experiences I've ever had. Was on hold for 5 min, trying to get into some type of claims reporting line only to be dumped into a general VM, that will likely never be responded to. The submit a claim part of the website is idiotic, it asks for a claim number, on the first reporting of a claim form, which is impossible to provide before the claim has been initiated. Get out of the liability business if you can't make an effective way for VICTIMS to submit claims to you for your insured's negligent driving. Unacceptable!

Safety National Casualty refuses to pay out after their client rear-ended my son!!! Two drivers tell the same story & their client lied, so SNC says they are not liable. My son worked all summer to earn $900. Their client caused $1600 worth of damage to his truck, & they won't pay! They are grown adults taking advantage of a hardworking new driver! Disgusting.

I only give them this because of Kizzy Lee the sweetest one there very nice and informative. Thank you Kizzy for helping me when I needed it
