Car breaks down veterans expressway out of walking distance to exits. Hot day, unable to roll down windows, no water in the car. I was just returning from picking up a new phone so it wasn't fully set up and had around 8% battery. Couldn't access the app as I hadn't downloaded it yet. Called state farm and got the runaround and was frantic my phone was going to die and I would be in real trouble. I explained this to the agent I finally reached after using 3% of what little battery I had playing 20 questions to get to a person and the rep hangs up on me. Call back and finally get out through to get the car towed. They need an extra 98.00 I now have to scramble to the woods where I was laying under a tree trying to stay out of the heat to find my wallet which fell out of my scrubs.
