Florida Blue

Great insurance but if you plan to keep it be aware the premiums double over time and you'll be giving up lots just to keep your policy.....! Rx policy went from $51 to $98)each for 2026! Pharmacist talked us out of keeping it. We use generic and wouldn't use $300 in a year yet we would be paying nearly $300/each for 3 months of coverage with Florida Blue!

If I could give a lower rating I would. The sales representative was rude right off the bat. Myself and my husband were talked down upon by the older lady with short blonde hair. I was discriminated against for not being older than 65 like the gentleman the elderly sales representative was helping before us. The sales representative was very vague in answering the fact that she was just a sales associate and wouldn’t be able to help us which would have been fine had she not tried to assume why we were there. I wouldn’t recommend visiting Florida Blue in Crystal River. There are 2 other locations in Inverness and and Beverly Hills that are happy to serve the general populace.
