TY, is the greatest, he tries all the time, I have been dealing with him for years, he always comes thru to all his promises. Even sometime, the rates he gets are on the little bit higher, but I always choose him over other agents/companies as first, is easy to deal with, professional, straightforward and for the most important thing, actually a human you can talk to, not like other agencies where you have to go thru million robots before and if you are lucky to talk to a human.
