Pete did a terrific job finding us a policy which was better than our old policy and at a significant savings. And he did this with a short deadline. For years I was with a different insurance company. I tend to stay loyal once I’m established. Throughout the years my rates kept going up.I had no accidents or tickets. Finally I had enough and moved on to Progressive. My agent, Carolyn Korona, of Greater Florida Insurance, searched to get me a good rate even if it was not with Progressive. Through the search, Progressive was the best deal for me. When I needed to make a change they were accommodating and friendly. I don’t see me leaving Progressive anytime in the near future. I’m always loyal to those good to me. We work hard for our money so I’m pleased that my money is going to a company with great customer service and attention to detail. If there is someone better, I believe my agent would have found them and that’s where I would be.
