Honestly I hate I ever purchased their extended warranty. The person who was in charge of my claim did not call the repair shop so I had to call Route 66 and three way call the shop to get them in contact work each other. While they were explaining what was wrong with my car the adjuster with Route 66 thought he heard the mechanic say something and before the mechanic could finish speaking he cut him off saying they would not pay for the repairs. He was rude and kept saying he heard what he heard. This place is a scam! Do not get a warranty through them. They are heartless in their pursuit not to pay and will pull any tactic to accomplish this. Mike at Route 66 came highly recommended by the finance guy at the dealership where I bought my new vehicle. I was very unhappy with my previous agent, and after one visit with Mike, the deal was sealed. He searched and searched for the cheapest rates for me and explained everything thoroughly. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. He found a rate for my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that is less than I was paying for my 6 year old Chrysler 300. I am extremely pleased so far and would highly recommend Route 66 Insurance.

I’ve been trying to renew my flood insurance policy since October of 2020. It is now January 2021 and they just issued my insurance today when the payment was made on December 3rd. I have been calling about once a week and have spoke to Erica, tracie, Mike, Jose, Alfonso and probably more of them but I can’t remember names. Jose was very unprofessional taking my payment and never making sure that my policy went through. My mortgage company was trying to reach them for a policy, which Route 66 never provided, it lead to my mortgage company charging me 3 times more than need for flood insurance. I finally called to speak with a manager Noelia and even she took more than a week to issue my insurance. I called a different insurance and they got my policy done in 2 DAYS!!! Melissa (The receptionist) constantly hangs up on me. I wanted to review my homeowners insurance and she gets overwhelmed. Alonzo and Mike (the supervisors ) are never available to speak with me. This is one of the worst customer experiences i've worked with.

Only reason they got one star because u have to do it this place is trash them people who do 5 star are employees don't get them and I'm not the type of person complain alot
