I have known them for years, they do an excellent job, Maria helped me and she is very friendly.

I had very bad experiences . I did my homeowner insurence on 2013 when I bought the old house . At that time the service was good , reliable and the Rosalias was good . Thinking same reputation they had before I went again last couple of days again to insure a again a new house . The manger or boss was not their . Leave all my information to call me back . Waiting their call haven’t receive with three to four day and I did call them . Maria the manger or boss she said she will call me . I waited again no response . Again I did call one of the staff and want to talk to her . She said call her after one hour later . I did call her , she said I will call you back . I was waiting for the insurence quote finally she called me with the answer we don’t have any space for insurence . I never

Very awful customer service. They need more personnel. Everytime me or husband call the business they make us stay on hold for about 8minutes before we even get a chance to say one word. Then once you speak with the First Lady she puts you on hold again for long periods of time. Just terrible. I even had instances where they hang up on me and I have to call back and be put on hold AGAIN

Went to apply for car insurance for my son and Alesandra was very helpful and very professional. She was very friendly and informative regarding the insurance applying for. I recommend that this place. Not bad
