Bogus car insurance! I had paid $200 a month for over 6 months then when I got rear ended and needed to repair my bumper I was told. ( I HAD NO COLLISION ON MY POLICY)! that was the reason I purchased it in the first place! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM!

I accidentally posted a negative review on here about Root Insurance, it was the wrong Root Insurance, and for that I apologize.I didn't even realize when I posted the review that this was Root Family Insurance, not Root Insurance that you can get on the internet! this place is major robbery- they run your card without permission. I was charged $1000 in a 30 day. Pathetic customer service, and I definitely scare away from this place. Avoid at all cost.
