John was very prompt with our request for a quote on our homeowners and car insurance. He was able to save us $5000 a year on our homeowner policy and over $400 a year on the car insurance. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Same exact coverage on both policies.

I've been an insurance client of John Murphy for over a decade. He serves my life, auto and renter's insurance. I've never had a single problem with John or his support staff, quite the opposite! Everyone is SO nice and helpful. I don't always understand each part of my policies the first go-round, and John is always so patient and knowledgeable when explaining everything, so I feel very confident with my coverage. Different coverages are paid different ways, and he helps me keep it all managed in such a flexible way. I would absolutely recommend having your insurance served by John and know that you'll have an agent looking out for your best wishes.

John and his staff recently added snowmobile trailer insurance for us quickly with reasonable pricing. John and his staff (Barbra and Julie) have always done a great job for us. Highly recommend John and office. On the negative side in the last 30 days we received a 20% rate increase on our home owners policy. We have had no claims so the only event that explains this huge increase was the snowfall event Douglas County experienced in January. So all I Campbell say to this rate increase you always need to keep your eyes open and get a second price quote if you are concerned.

Thank you both for your service but I wish that we could get credits for not filing claims on the homeowners. The people I came in contact with over the years in the local office in both Winston and Roseburg were ALWAYS wonderful to work with. I knew I could depend on them to help me and look after my concerns. The local office staff I will miss working with. I will NOT miss the corporate office adjuster addressing my UIM. He does not care that I have been a loyal customer for literally decades. He does not care that I was not the driver / vehicle that slammed into us from behind. We were the victim. Not the one at fault. When I got my first car I thought signing up with Farmers was like a rite of passage and tradition in my family… the corporate office...not so much. They don't care about their people anymore.
