Since having my renters & car insurance bundled through American Family (Riley K) I have always had the worst customer experience. Rude, short, and not genuine what so ever. Karen in the office is a snob to be put bluntly. How ironic. I avoided for years switching because of the hassle, but taking the time to find affordable fair priced insurance was worth it. I was with them since 2018. They don’t care if you’re a loyal customer, good payment history, good driving record, or filing a claim. Which I have never once filed a claim. About 10K waisted, and I finally switched to State Farm. I now pay 70$ less.
