We moved to Wisconsin six years ago and have found Dan and Jose extremely helpful. So many questions we have inquired about. Plus a new driver. Our rate is outstanding!! We would not use another office. St. Francis State Farm is the best!!!!! Thank you Dan and Jose for going above and beyond!

Very very unprofessional staff. The guy that was taking care of me quoted me a price when I had agreed to the price and had this company for a month they had switched the prices on me with out telling me. Then when I had Called to talk with him he had raised his voice at me. I never had been treated so rotten by company before tha is just very disrespectful. I'd like to first start out with the poor communication at this Agency. We were switched over when another office closed and had a couple of issues. First issue after damage to one of our vehicles due to hail somehow mistereriosly our rental car coverage disappeared "in the transfer of locations". After 2 plus months of calling and emails to Dan finally he admitted fault and promised to get it rectified, 2 weeks later still was not fixed. After I mentioned i would file a complaint with the insurance commision it was magically rectified. No reimbursement was given for paying for but not having rental coverage.
