We switched our auto insurance coverage to State Farm via Rick's office several years ago and had such a great experience that we have since moved our home and life insurance policies over, as well. The team (especially Krysta and Megan!) is friendly, patient, and effective and they are always so helpful and responsive whenever we've had questions. Thanks so much!

I had auto and home insurance through this agent for over 10 years and all of a sudden they wanted me to jump through hoops to keep my insurance. First I had to take a survey with pictures of my house and upload letters from my health insurance. I switched to Progessive. They align more with my social and political leanings anyway. I feel my loyalty was not appreciated.

Very easy to deal with on adding a new/used vehicle to my Insurance and printed me off a temporary to show the Secretary of State.

I would save your money and save yourself a lot of headache, and stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. Rick is the worst agent I’ve ever had in my 31 years of having car insurance. There’s no communication from this office except crappy short sentence text messages from time to time that they don’t even respond to you when you reply. No email communication hardly unless it’s a bill. When they signed me up for my policy, they failed to communicate that they were giving me a discount via the drive safe and safe program in which they never sent me a device for. I was paying $167 a month and somebody with no tickets and no accidents in their history ever that still a pretty steep amount.
