We are very happy that we have chosen the Kirgis Agency for all of our insurance needs. Everyone in the office is very nice. It has been a pleasure working with Dan. He kept in touch with us, answering all of our questions every step of the way while we were getting all of our policies in order. I like knowing that I can call or email him and I will hear back from him almost immediately, every time. That kind of customer service goes a long way.

If I could give a zero, I would. I called for an insurance quote about 4 weeks ago, and asked for Tate. He was busy. I left a message. He never called me back. I called a couple of days later. I'm told AGAIN he's busy. I leave message. He never calls me. However, I do receive a call from a guy named, Dan. He takes all my info. I send the info he requested. I never heard back from him. I gave up. Too unprofessional for me ... I could only imagine if I did have insurance through them, and I had a claim. What pain that'd be ...

Tate is the most genuinely the best insurance agent I have ever came across . He has went above and beyond to make sure my policy was what I wanted and after I got married , reached out to me and let me know my husband and I can combine policies to give us that extra savings ! I have had my insurance with Tate at the Kirgis Insurance Agency for a couple years. He was very helpful in helping me get my first auto insurance policy. He then helped me with my renters insurance, and eventually house insurance when I purchased my first home. Throughout every transaction he was knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend this office.
