Rick Hayes - State Farm Insurance Agent

Rick runs a friendly, helpful and responsive agency. He and his staff are always looking to get us more for our money. I’ve just had the nicest experience with Barbara, one of Rick’s helpful staff. She made me feel like family as she walked me through a money and value saving approach that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Thanks Barbara and thanks Rick and the rest of his fine support staff for decades of top-notch service.

I have been with State Farm about 3-4 year. I pay about $1,000 per month on all of my insurance coverage. I wanted to stay with State Farm, but change my agent in Colorado Springs who never gets back to me. So I called Mike Hays State Farm agency and told them what I wanted to do. They said no problem, they would take care of it. I got NO response for 4 days, so I decided to call them. No one answered so I left a message and now days later still no response. Now, I'm working on my third State Farm agent!! Good luck to me!! Haha
