A little over a decade ago, my wife and I were purchasing a home in Aurora. We were State Farm customers at the time. We met with Kimberly, and I have to say she was one of the most thoroughly prepared and helpful insurance agents we had ever met. Unfortunately, we learned too late that State Farm had dropped us due to question that our small town State Farm agent in Idaho had mishandled. He filed a claim even though we asked him not to, just inquire about our coverage. He didn't have the nerve to tell us.
