I have been with State Farm for 35+ years and they have always taken care of my car and home insurance needs through Rich Voci’s office. Lisa Martel has been my #1 favorite representative there for as long as I can remember. I recently had some questions about my home owner’s insurance that I was concerned about. Lisa immediately went above and beyond to make sure that all of my worries were resolved. She is truly kind, friendly, quick, and efficient and her customer service skills are stellar!
