Marissa Longo: Allstate Insurance

Marrissa is very unresponsive. I was a holdover customer from the previous owners and decided to remain with this brokerage after Marissa took over. However, on multiple occasions, she has not responded promptly. Finally, I was unable to reach her (despite multiple calls, voicemails, and emails) to cancel my auto-renewal. I am glad I left this brokerage because I do not want to waste my time chasing this firm to address my insurance needs. Find another broker because this one isn't anxious to assist.

Good Update! Marissa has reached out, we spoke about things I wasn’t clear about prior. I really appreciate her explaining to me what happened that led up to this point. We’re now working on what we can and I’ll be making sure I have the right things in order for further protection. Update: once again Marissa will reply to email, and this review but not by phone. Marissa, I’ve been by my phone all week and haven’t heard a single thing from YOU. Your professionalism truly shows through your reply. As I said in the review prior I did state I did in fact get those reminders to which I replied! And I was told “we don’t need any further documentation, they were provided after the sale”. It is increasingly difficult to find an insurance agent that will take time out their day, away from work to get you what is needed. Not only did Jorge take the time out of his day to check my quote and make sure I was receiving the best deal, he also helped me understand each aspect of the policy at hand. His service is exceptional and his patience is better. I will be recommending Jorge and this office to all of my friends and family in the future. Excellent office 10/10.

Very helpful friendly staff, I am on a first name basis with my Allstate agents, Brandon, Jackie and Marissa. They make understanding my multiple insurance policies, billing and making payments as easy as possible. I appreciate that they are always quick with a call back and any advice or information I need. I owe a special thank you to Brandon for getting me to switch from State Farm insurance to Allstate insurance. I get more for less money and a much more pleasant customer service experience.

Marissa was wonderful to work with! She was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was getting the renters insurance I needed for my apartment! She was able to get me more coverage than I needed, and for a lower price than other insurance agencies! Exceeded my expectations and will be a continued customer of hers!
