I’m very much a “set it and forget it” person, so without her reaching out, I wouldn’t have realized I could get a lower deductible. I really appreciate her attention to detail and making sure I’m getting the best value. Excellent service all around.

I’ve been with Rich at State Farm for over 5 years now for home and auto insurance, and I am beyond pleased with their service! I feel like VIP always getting immediate assistance whenever I call with questions, no matter how complex. Office manager Cheryl takes the time to explain my custom policy and different options to consider. I will also add that I grew up with Rich, and he has always been a stand up honest and caring guy. Years ago, one of our childhood classmates lost their home in a fire, and Rich immediately offered his business as a collection point! Thank you Rich & team!
