I initially signed up with this agency when I got a junker car, and I didn't opt for collision insurance; however, I bought a brand new car in 2019 and added it to my insurance. At no time was I offered collision insurance. I don't know anything about coverage so I depended on this agent/agency to help me make the right decision for my situation. I was in a 3 car accident, and my car repairs are $14,000.00. I am a single mother with 2 children to take care of on one income. Currently I have no car. I have called, e-mailed at least 5 times, and NO response from Sal or Deb. I spoke with another insurance agent and they stated that it is my agent's responsibility to make sure I have the coverage I need. I will never, ever suggest this agency to anyone.
