UPDATE: I received a call today from Mandy in the office and she was very apologetic for what happened over the past couple of days. I was informed they had a phone system upgrade on Monday and it's been very problamatic and they are working quickly to resolve the issue. She's also looking into the issue I had with the online portal. Original Post: I've called 3 times in the last 2 days to add a vehicle to my policy. Unfortunately, no return calls. Their automated system encourages you to go online and submit the request. I did so and received an email indicating there was an issue; I had to call in or chat online. I've been on a chat now for over an hour, answering the same questions I already answered online.

Was very disappointed with the customer service of my other insurance agent i gave them a call they saved me money made the switch fast and simple and customer service is amazing! Thank you!

Melissa is amazing! Very professional and helpful! I've followed her around for many years, whenever i need a quote she's the first person that comes to mind. Allstate is amazing! Anytime I have need to file a claim, talk to anyone it has always been easy to do!! Yes, your a little expensive but it's worth it to me because your team makes it so easy!!
