Joyl. What a great way to spell your kids name. He’s got the personality to go with it. This guy was great to speak with. Made my experience starting out different than I’ve ever experienced. I’m not sure if you guys pay him really well or he just really likes his job, but dude made me laugh when I was extremely stressed for hours. It was a good end to my day a pleasure to have him pick up my call. Joyl. Keep doing it dude. No matter how hard life gets be that smile someone needs to get by. Fair well.

Ok so I know it's been said before but this man right here Joel zammit deserves a raise you know I mean better yet just making him manager of the whole system I've never seen nobody my whole entire life that has ever been in any kind of customer service that has been so kind just the dude was chuckling we had a good time he got me a good quote it's quick easy informative I think out of all the customer service I've had my whole entire life this guy right here nailed it better than anybody else I think if nothing else a man should be moved into human resources with his manners I think he would make the whole customer service system for the Auto direct Auto insurance I mean I think he would really up the game

Oh my goodness. What a GREAT auto insurance company!! They have literally gone above and beyond for me. Bank problems. Solved. Car data problems. Solved. I spoke with Amanda E. several times and she was always patient, kind, and purposeful in solving the issues. Best part??? They are LITERALLY saving me $150 a MONTH on car insurance!! I have points on my record (not my fault but can't fix it) and their quote was HALF what an "independent insurance agent" quoted me. Half, folks. You want a good rate? Call this company.
