We had been with Reisinger Insurance for several years for both home and auto. The rates were extremely competitive. Anytime we needed to change/add to our policy the front desk folks were able to help us out quickly. Unfortunately when we did have a house claim we did not feel supported by Dean. He really didn’t take the time to figure out what our problem was or how best to help us. The insurance industry is complicated and it would have been nice to have a helpful advocate.
Dean and his staff are all great to work with. I have been doing business with them for years and am always pleased with the service.

Currently the building is open by appointment only, due to restrictions. Rhonda is a nice lady to work with. They have a nurse in- house to assist with higher value policy applications.
