In my interactions, I found Don Jacobs himself to be unprofessional and aggressive, especially toward individuals who hold views that differ from his. He has made concerning public statements that I believe cross a line, and his conduct does not reflect the integrity one would expect from someone in this field. I would not feel comfortable doing business with someone who behaves this way. I strongly encourage others to consider alternative agencies that respect diverse perspectives and conduct themselves with professionalism.
