These guys act like their helping you, but what they really do is auto deduct payments from ur bank account without authorization. Complete nonsense, thinking they can do that to people. well we'll see if the money is returned or not.

This place is a complete joke! They suspend my card over a dr visit at the employer that hired them. Do not put your employees thru this and choose this company for hsa. They do this over just normal visits every 6 months. Last time he said oh sorry our mistake. They never call you back. This is our money and your mistake costs me 40$ and its a headache to get reimbursed. Receptionist is just terrible and their rude.

These people are evil incarnate. They have been finding any reason to deny my coverage. They have denied my newborn sons coverage, leaving him with inadequate health Care at 4 months old. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

I called Rehn to resolve an issue with my HSA card. The rep who helped me was lovely and was able to resolve my issue quickly. However, my experience with the receptionist was poor. She cut me off in the middle of speaking and said “ok hold on” in an annoyed tone and transferred me without communicating that she’d be doing that. Having a poor experience with the first point of contact is very off-putting and is not a good look for any business.

As a front desk worker myself, one of the first things we are trained on is phone etiquette. Today i spoke with Joan at the front desk. Her manners were innapropriate and rude. No one needs to be cut off when in the middle of talking, and yet that's exactly how i was greeted. I called in on the afternoon of 12/30/24 at around 12:00 pm. I was in the middle of speaking when she cut me off. I was transferred without knowing it, i thought she had hung up the phone. When i called back to speak to her and address the behavior i had recieved, she again cut me off and stated, "I don't know what kind of front desk you work at but its extremely busy here and i cant just talk to you." While I understand this business may be busy, talking to people that way when working a customer service job is unna
