After being with my previous insurance company for years, I made the switch to Raven Schreiner State Farm and couldn't be happier! Raven and his team of professionals reviewed my policies and suggested a couple changes that made perfect sense, adding so much valuable protection for next to nothing (Personal Liability Umbrella). They also came out to my home (New Construction Home) to get a real value to ensure I was properly covered. Raven even helped me get refinanced out of my construction loan and into a conventional mortgage (Rocket Mortgage Refinance). I’m not sure why some people insist on being rude period but within 10 seconds of a phone call? Whatever ladies are answering the phone need to learn some manners & phone etiquette. Your job is to be helpful and friendly, not to be rude and dismissive when a customer is simply calling and being polite. Learn better customer service. Yikes.
