Randy Roman - State Farm Insurance Agent

Just went to get help with some paperwork, and I didn't get her name but she was great!

My family and I have had Randy as our insurance agent for more years than I could remember. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about what type of insurance is best for you and your situation. In my experience, he is not in the business of selling unnecessary products or trying to "get one over on you." I find him to be very trustworthy and to respond quickly if you aren't able to reach him the first time. Another plus is he answers the phone himself as well which gives me the feeling that he is involved in his business and wants to make a good impression on his customers. I wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone looking for an insurance agent.

For over 12 years Randy has been our State Farm agent for both our autos and home. He has always answered all of our questions politely and promptly. About 10 years ago our son's car was stolen. The case was expedited to immediately get him a car for school and work. More recently, my husband's golf clubs were stolen and again service was quick in getting him back out on the course. Whether it has been in "crisis" mode, wanting to update information, or get questions answered , he has responded quickly. He knows the insurance business and we got a good rate by consolidating all of our insurance needs.

I was with State Farm Agent Randy Roman since I was 18 years old and now I'm 44...always happy with my coverage, the prices for that coverage, and never worrying about anything when I needed help, had an accident, or had to have repairs done to my vehicle.
