AAA Highland Insurance and Member Services

I’m really disappointed with my experience with AAA Insurance. The agent I dealt with at this branch came across as rude and defensive from the very beginning. She also tried telling me that every insurance company charges the same way, which does not line up with any of my past experiences. And honestly, I don’t see how she could know that, since she works at AAA and not at other insurance companies. For anyone considering AAA, I strongly recommend reading all of the fine print before signing up for any type of coverage. In my situation, the dates and charges kept changing, and I ended up being billed more than the premium I was originally quoted. After this experience, I will never come back to AAA, and I will never recommend them to my friends or family.

the people here have a really bad attitude they forget we pay for their service,they think they are a government agency!

I visited this location yesterday with my son and from the front desk to the agent that helped us were so courteous and professional I personally will recommend Insurance Agent Karen she helped my son to get insurance with the best quote and resolved some issues I had with my insurance I had a nice experience in this location and didn't wait that long
