I am not at all satisfied with this agency. I have been with AllState now in my 30th year. They are very impersonal. I have never communicated with my agent since I've been switched to them and the receptionist response is always...'well that's just what it is'. It's my money that's being paid out, not theirs.

I emailed you directly wanting to know why my insurance went up over $10 a month with no reason why. No one contacted me. I had an issue with another insurance company with this so I made it a point to ask if this would happen and I was told no. I’m guess all insurance companies are the same. You are no different.

This was the worse experience I have ever had!!! I have been paying premiums for over 30 years to Allstate and my one claim in all that time was denied. I do not recommend this agency ever. The customer managers are rude and unprofessional. Do not utilize Allstate Homeowners Insurance!
