I have my homeowners policy as well as auto insurance via Putnam Record Insurance Agency. I have always dealt with Maggie Owens and I can assure you she definitely goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She has improved my coverage as well as lowered costs for me several times. A very dedicated individual and truly a friend.

Wow..where to begin? I've been with Putnam Agency since their days on Oak St. Silver Creek Ny. And Maggie is the primary reason for this! Far far more than my insurance agent, she's become a dear close friend..how many this day and age can say that? Within the last three years I have moved out of state and most recently had to sell my vehicle due to yet another military move. Nora has helped me navigate this process the entire time. We found working with the Putnam Record agency in Dunkirk, New York, pleasant and productive. We were able to increase the benefits on both our house and car insurance policies along with adding an umbrella policy at a savings to prior insurance coverage.
