Progressively raising my rates when my cars are getting older, and my history is like 14 years with your company. You just auto renewed my policy for 229 dollars more than it was the last six months putting me at 1300? For no collision on an old jap car and truck... just got the same insurance for 530. You people are a joke, and that's almost a pirate practice. 530 over 1300 something. That's crazy. You all suck.

We pay over $16,000 per year to insure four vehicles, yet the level of service has been absolutely unacceptable. My daughter was involved in an accident caused by a deer running into the road. More than two weeks later, the vehicle has not even been inspected. There is no rental coverage, despite the premium we are paying, and every time I call, your representatives respond as though they are the ones being inconvenienced. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Frankly, it’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any company, which unfortunately aligns with your 1.1-star public reviews. I am requesting immediate action and a clear explanation for this delay.
