Catic was unfortunately my title search company. They didn't do a thorough job by any means. Then when I had a property dispute 4 months after purchasing my home due to their neglect, they again didn't do anything about it. Instead they sent an appraiser out 6 months after making my claim to make a laughable offer on MY land! They again didn't care and basically said I was on my own. If you are looking to get a title search done look elsewhere! I strongly recommend you don't use these scammers!
Totally incompetent. They took more than a month after the contract was signed to issue the report. They don't answer the phone and they don't call back when you leave a message. They don't return e-mails. Stay away
