They may be the cheapest insurance but what you save in money is not worth dealing with their employees. The customer service is nasty, nasty attitudes, and the way they speak to customers. The numbers are never what is quoted and there will be no explanation. They added my daughter to my policy without consent resulting in a $750 A MONTH increase and she didnt even have her license yet!! Sold my car and changed my policy to a new car and they charged me a cancelation fee and a % of each month remaining even though I was still insured with them just a different car, never had loss of coverage. Go with National General their rates a close and the customer service is 100% better.
My experience with them has been positive so far. We will see further.
