I had a very disappointing experience with this office today, particularly with the office manager, Maria. I was upset about declined transaction fees I didn’t realize I had, and instead of listening or showing any empathy, she repeatedly cut me off and talked over me. All I was looking for was to have the situation resolved in a polite and helpful way, but instead, she was rude and dismissive. Times are already hard, and I was simply trying to express my frustration about the unexpected charges, but the way she handled the conversation made me feel dumb for not knowing about the hidden fees. Having a helpful and knowledgeable representative assisting with insurance inquiries is always wonderful. Aliyah's expertise made the process much smoother and more efficient, and her knowledge of the policies I was inquiring about helped me make an informed decision.
