Paula Garthoff - State Farm Insurance Agent

Paula has been my insurance agent for 25+ years, first when she worked for Judy Howell and now, since Judy retired and Paula has her own agency. She is the reason I have been a client of State Farm all these years. No matter what questions I have, what guidance I need to file a claim, or what complaint I need to rant and rave about, she is always professional, CALM (which I am sometimes NOT), and most importantly, caring and compassionate. It is important to me to have a real, live, informed person to talk with when I have insurance issues and PAULA IS ALWAYS THAT PERSON.

Paula Garthoff's agency is the best in the area. Not only does Paula have over 25 years of insurance experience, she really listens to her customers and what is important to them. She and her team have always followed up on anything I have asked about; and she makes us feel welcomed anytime we call. I highly recommend Paula Garthoff's agency if you are moving to the area or just want a more personal touch for your insurance.

(The agent does not even deserve one star). Poor customer service- she never answers her phone; it takes her two weeks before she returns your call. We requested a cancellation on all policies; she continued to charge me for a policy that should have been cancelled back in October of 2015. In addition, my brother had a similar experience and he cancelled his policy with the agent.

I can't say enough about my agent Paula Garthoff. She is easy to work with. She is personable, friendly and most of all gets the job done.
