Les Dixon: Allstate Insurance

It was a quick and easy experience buying insurance from the Les Dixon and Allstate. I would highly recommend his agency to anyone looking for a good deal on insurance. And good deals on insurance are pretty hard to find right now!

I highly recommend Les Dixon’s Allstate agency to anyone in the Cedar Hill/Duncanville area who wants to change insurance carriers. Les was very prompt and personable in offering quotes and answering my questions by phone and email as I considered coverage for my home and autos.

We had a tree fall on our house on May 28, w2024 and we still have not received any money to begin work on construction of the house. The first adjuster no showed us and the second adjuster inspected nearly 2 weeks ago. I have paid my premiums on time and had the tree removed from the house and tarped on my dime to hopefully reduce any further damage and Allstate continues to drag their feet.

I can’t say enough good things about Les and his team (shoutout to Abel!). They are responsive, professional, proactive and caring. Whenever I’ve had an issue they’ve reached out to me to make sure I understand the full extent of my coverage and make sure my needs are met. I’ll stick with Les as long as he’s in the insurance game.
