I have been a loyal customer of this insurance company for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When I recently requested a quote for a new vehicle, I was given a rate that was completely unreasonable and far higher than expected. There was no meaningful explanation and no effort to work with me to find a better option. After years of paying premiums on time, I expected at least some attempt to retain my business. Tanner Case should not be working at your company. HORRIBLE communication & HORRIBLE customer service. Sounded annoyed after I found multiple errors on documents. Multiple calls with him. He promised me that he would take care of canceling my previous car insurance & that I should receive about 80% back as I had paid for the current month's payment. That didn't happen because I was waiting for a response from him. I took it upon myself to cancel as I never heard back from him. Luckily, another colleague of his (who I'll be reviewing separately) did check in, corrected mistakes & said he'd contact my previous insurance company.

Horrible customer service. I don't even think Paul is real. He never works with real customers. He is the face of a large agency that spans several states. He can't even do his own commercials they use cheesy Ai.

Steve did an excellent job getting me an affordable policy even with a bad driving record, cut my insurance cost by almost $2,000. Highly recommended.
