Absolutely horrible disgusting service. My husband has been taken advantage of by this company for the two years he was with them. They had him paying 3 times more than any other insurance company on long island. After a car accident back on July 27th he called to cancel his insurance. They told him his insurance couldnt be cancelled right away because he didnt surrender his plates. He couldnt surrender his plates because he was waiting on the insurance companies to do their inspections for a current lawsuit since our car was totaled. It has been 6 months since the car accident. This insurance company still has not refunded the money that is owed to my husband for his insurance policy that was inactive. They owe him for the months the insurance wasnt in use. I'm very shocked to see so many positive reviews. If there was an option for a negative star I would have chosen that one over the one star. I am beyond dissatisfied with this company's service. The agents are misinformed , and rude. I asked one to speak with my insurance company on my behalf so I wouldn't lose coverage and ended up losing coverage because of her mannerism. Than I was quoted one price for a new insurance; one month into the policy I received a call saying they made a mistake and i owe over $1000 more on the premium??? if your considering doing business with this company don’t walk RUN. its giving scam likely

Heidi was amazing. We were able to quickly and effortlessly get our homeowners insurance switched over at such a great rate. Heidi made it so easy for us without over complicating anything. She was in direct contact with me any time I had any questions. I’ll recommend this agency to friends and family.

If I could give a zero stars I would. My first agent Matthew went ghost on me and completely disappeared. I couldn’t contact him via phone because the line was disconnected. Then Lexi, Mark, and Hedi I honestly don’t know which one however when I was having trouble with providing proof of insurance they left me hanging for months and NO ONE ever tried to contact or follow up with me in regards to the outcome. I would never go back to this company ever again.
