Paramount Exclusive is the best. Been working with them for 3 years and they are extremely helpful and professional. Johnny Aguilar is our agent, he is always available to assist with any question we may have and has made our renewal process a breeze every year. He is very patient and explains everything clearly, making sure we understand. He is also great at reminding us to do our mandatory yearly courses so that we in compliance. They are a wonderful company to work with. Highly recommend them.

I have been utilizing Paramount`s insurance for 4 years now. We have placed several lines of coverage with them (Auto, Umbrella, EPLI, Cargo, Workmans Comp, General Liability) and i have my personal lines of coverage with them as well. As a business owner we found great value in there Commercial Auto service program, the benefits are far more valuable than any brokerage we experienced. For starters, they have an inhouse claims management division, which manages our claim, documents its progress, and fights to defend who is the actual party liable for the accident. Also, this is the only Insurance broker that i have ever seen that performs a Claims review process for its customers. Very persuasive insurance broker that do not discloses all fees, claims that any amount they ask is for downpayment, and you end up paying the same or even more. Do not fall for their friendly tone, they will talk trash about other insurance carriers just to get you to purchase through them. Please make sure you have shopped somewhere else before you go with them, there are better deals from other carriers. It costed our company 2k just to find that out.

I received a cold call from them, to see if where I worked wanted to get insurance from them. I kindly told them we have insurance already. The guy was very unprofessional and pushy. When the conversation was over and he knew he wasn't going to get business from me he didn't even say bye or thank you for my time he just said "good luck" and hung up. I would of kept his info for our records if anything every changed with us but with that professionalism no thanks!
