Although a security guard was standing by the building, he was not patrolling. Large vehicles were parked over lines in compact spots. No parking available. I wonder of AAA staff parks here. I am a senior citizen and I circled twice and then left in frustration. I happened to be in Tarzana so this was convenient. Next time, I will go to Burbank which has a very large parking lot.

I just left AAA, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Ashley Jackson—what an incredible experience. I’ve always been a big fan of AAA (one of my all-time favorite companies), but today raised the bar even higher. Ashley was down-to-earth, kind, respectful, and incredibly easy to talk to. She not only helped me efficiently but also clarified some important details I hadn’t fully understood, and she did it with such grace and patience. Honestly, I’m happy to pay my bills when the service feels like this—AAA consistently delivers, and Ashley exemplified everything that makes this company stand out. Whoever hired her deserves credit too! I hope every future visit is just like this one. Thank you again, Ashley, for making my day better and representing AAA so well.

Rene was absolutely fantastic! While my girlfriend and I were brainstorming what to do for our three week trip, we encountered a lot of roadblocks and challenges while planning such a big trip! It was the first time we were doing such a long trip so there was a lot to plan in the process. Rene stepped in and handled it all for us with grace! This trip was by far the best trip we have done so far and it couldn’t have been done without Rene! We will be planning another trip with him very soon for 2026!

I worked with agent Farahnaz Davani at the AAA Encino branch to purchase home and auto insurance, and it turned out to be a frustrating waste of time. She was nearly impossible to reach by phone — I often had to email her first or ask other agents to connect me. She blamed her unreachability on a “new phone system,” which other staff members denied. Although I sent her all the correct home and auto details, she entered multiple errors into the system. These mistakes initially made the quotes appear cheaper, but once she “corrected” them, the premiums increased. For instance, even though she had a clear photo of my two-story home, she entered it as a one-story, giving me a lower premium at first. Once fixed, the price went up — and this happened more than once, raising serious doubts about

Great AAA office! Uncrowded, easy-parking, efficient staff and a way to avoid the inept DMV for certain things such as registration for your car 👌 or passport photos, or just to grab free maps 👏 Wouldn't it be awesome if we could deal with them for our actual drivers license as well?!!!! Like, I'm thinking, maybe if you just needed to renew or replace a lost one... That would be wonderful. Anyway, new, clean office and even open part of the day on Saturdays... Double check this before you go though in case that changes. Also, you enter from the rear, by the parking lot and in the bright afternoon sun, just been aware that as soon as you go through the entry door, you'll come upon a set of stairs taking you down, so be alert 😉
