I have had my car and life insurance with Pabody for over 10 years. From the beginning until present the staff have always been very professional, friendly, and helpful, especially Rosa. Anytime I have to switch a vehicle or make any changes to my policy I call in and speak to Rosa. She makes the changes and sends my documents to be signed right to my email so I don’t have to stop in the office or wait for the mail. It’s quick and easy. Thank you Rosa!!

When I first went with them the set up was perfect and easy but since moving... they keep sending my mail to New Jersey... to which I don't live in. Explained this a year ago and has yet to be fix. Great Very good place to do business with I am just annoyed with my mail and address.
